Job Family Overview:

Develops and implements internal or external IT projects and programs. Plans, develops, coordinates and assists with project activities through all project phases; allocates, obtains and manages resources and project management tools to achieve project objectives; and creates and implements assessment processes to enforce timely completion of programs in accordance with established standards and requirements.

Essential Functions

• Production, development, marketing, pricing, and support of sales (both internally and externally) of adaptive design software. Prioritization of features for next release to support IQVIA's novel clinical trial initiative and operations.

Qualifications:

• Highly motivated, good communication skills

• Proven ability to manage projects to timeline

• Proven skill leading/motivating teams

• R programming knowledge

Minimum Education & Experience:

Experience:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 - 7 years of prior relevant experience

Knowledge:

  • Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one department or multiple related departments.

Education:

  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree in related field required

  • MS in computer science or related field or equivalent experience is preferred
