Proposals Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Proposals Coordinator to be based in Romania.

The Proposals Coordinator will support, and be a key member of, the Pre-Sales Department with both Proposal Management and Business Data activities:Manage the allocation and archival of proposal text and proposalsAssist with various process improvementsAssist in updating, optimising and maintaining data integrity and reporting. Perform a variety of clerical and administrative activities to support the team as requiredQualificationsExperienceData entry expertise Advanced Excel knowledgeExcellent computer skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SalesForce.com, Visio, MS Outlook.Previous administrative experience preferredOperational knowledge of the CRO industry desiredEducationAssociates degree plus 1-2 years related experience OR comparable combination of education and experience.Bachelor’s degree preferred
