Pre-sales Lead, IQVIA CRM Solutions
IQVIA CRM Solutions are a solution package that connects sales, marketing, medical and other functions to help life sciences companies transform to a new orchestrated commercial model.

It supports customer-facing roles such as sales representatives, MSLs and KAMs with functionality that goes far beyond traditional CRM and marketing automation.  It provides unmatched mobile access, advanced intelligence and digital marketing capabilities that enable brand marketers to run sophisticated multi-channel campaigns and the field to trigger compliant non-personal touchpoints.

What to expect:

Business Development

• To lead CRM pre-sales activities offering high quality solution proposal base on industry best practice and IQVIA CRM & SFE solutions. Working together with sales lead to pursue business opportunities with appropriate solution positioning and close the deal.
• To lead pre-sales experts and product managers to improve and standardize on-hands solutions decks mostly demonstrating IQVIA value positioning to clients and advantages.
• Identifies and defines the prospect’s business requirements, needs, and objectives. Creates a solution demonstration that exemplifies how IQVIA solutions can best meet the prospect’s requirements.
• Provides continuous correspondence with the business prospect to reinforce and sell the value of the IQVIA solutions.
• Communicates the business requirements to project/implementation team after the completion of sales to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation stages, and the continuous customer satisfaction.
• Maintains one’s own professional development and presentation skills; including continuous learning of new IQVIA solutions/technologies and communicating experiences and solutions to fellow colleagues.

Strategy & Management

• Support Principals on business development and service offering development efforts
• To anticipate market evolution and competitor activities, support principal and product manager to develop product roadmap/solution offering evolution plan.
• Other assignments as designated by Principal or other senior leaders

Our ideal candidate:

Core Competence
• Candidates will demonstrate knowledge-based expertise in one or more of the following: Consultative selling, Customer engagement, industry understanding and expertise, and we also require industry experience in the area of life-science SFE & CRM.
• Candidates should also have demonstrated skills in one or more of the following: leadership, problem-solving, expectation management, verbal and written communication, presentation, and executive interfacing.

Essential Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, computer science, statistics, business, medical science. Undergraduates from top-tier universities preferred.
• 5+ years general experience related to business development/presales, related to healthcare industry is preferred.
•  3+ years’ experience at healthcare related SFE or CRM solutions, preferred at healthcare company or consultant firm related to the same area.
• Strong communication and people management skills, able to guide junior members
• Can work under pressure
• Self-driven, proactive and initiative
