The Team Leader of Client Support Services provides guidance for completion of administrative and customer service tasks to ensure customer satisfaction with the laboratory service. This position is responsible for hiring, training, evaluating performance, and identifying and correcting performance problems. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree or post secondary training 3 years experience in a functioning laboratory client support role or laboratory environmentOr an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership skills Superior analytical, interpersonal and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient Critical thinking skills to support quality decision makingMust be able to handle a heavy workload, multiple projects, and stressful situations Accurate data entry skills are essential
