Job Overview
Reporting to the SVP of Global Technology Solutions for IQVIA, you will own the cross-product integration and interoperability roadmap for Technology Solutions. You will actively engage in the investment planning strategy and process. You will own the product PMO, Ecosystem Business Architecture, and Large Client Solution Planning functions.

Essential Functions
• Create a framework to define prioritization, roadmap planning and success metrics
• Work collaboratively with leaders to develop the integrated roadmap
• Develop and manage governance process and interaction model with the Leaders, Functional Leaders, RBUs
• Conduct customer interviews & gain feedback through user testing
• Engage with a cross-functional team in the creation of customer advisory board(s)
• Develop Market Assessment
• Support commercial modeling for products cross-pillars
• Facilitate prioritization decisions for the integrated roadmap

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree  Req
• Master's Degree  Pref
• 15+ years' relevant experience & progressive leadership experience Pref And
• Multi-national experience Pref
• Strategic planning skills with experience driving a team through transformation
• Experience using agile product development methodologies
• Proven ability to engage audiences and simplify complex messages
• Demonstrated success building effective relationships with a broad spectrum of global stakeholders including senior leaders, associates, and external suppliers
• Ability to build internal relationships with offering development, delivery, and go to market organizations
• Previous experience in a similar role within the Pharmaceutical/Management Consulting sector preferred
