EOI: Casual Registered Nurse - Various Locations

Who are we?

Delivering high-quality infusion therapies or administration of injections to patients in their homes requires highly skilled nurses to operate as a vital part of the clinical care team. Nurses educate patients and family members, explain the medication regimen and infusion devices, all while coaching, answering questions, and encouraging patient uptake and compliance. Our nurses appreciate the patient focus, the flexibility and the autonomy of their work.

We are looking for Registered Nurses who are interested to join our nation-wide Home Visit programs to visit patients to administer IM/Sub-cut Injections, IV cannulation injections and/or teach patients on how to self inject within their own homes.

The patients will receive regular injections monthly, 3 monthly and/or 6 monthly on an ongoing basis

You will also be responsible for patient education on how to self inject

The visit can be arranged to suit your current work schedule provided it also meets the patients treatment plans

To be part of this exciting program you:

• Must have a current Registered Nurse registration
• Have recent IM/Sub-cut or IV cannulation injection experience
• Have a current CPR certificate, Police Check and Working with Children Check
• Have Drivers licence and car
• Enjoy working autonomously
