この研究の目的は、体組成、体力、および生活の質に対する全身振動 (WBV) の影響を判断することです。研究に参加するために募集されました。 被験者は無作為化されたクロスオーバー試験に24週間参加します。 被験者は次のいずれかに割り当てられます:(1)最初の12週間はWBV、次に2番目の12週間は週3回の有酸素運動トレーニング(n = 10)または(2)最初の12週間は有酸素運動トレーニング、次にWBV 2 番目の 12 週間は週に 3 回 (n=10)。 被験者は、有酸素能力(推定VO2max)、上半身および下半身の強度(それぞれベンチプレスおよびレッグプレスで最大1回の繰り返し)、コンパートメントおよび総体脂肪量、無脂肪量について、ベースラインおよび12および24週間で評価されます。 、および骨ミネラル密度(二重エネルギーX線吸収測定法(DEXA)を使用)、ボディマス指数(体重に対する身長)、体重、皮膚のひだおよび体の部分の円周、安静時血圧および脈拍、主観的健康関連の質ライフ(SF-36)。 参加者は、マイアミ大学ミラー医科大学 UHealth フィットネス アンド ウェルネス センター、UHealth Champions Executive Medicine、および精神医学および行動科学部門でトレーニングを受け、評価されます。

IPAQ 項目は、仕事、輸送、家事とガーデニング、および余暇の領域内で、ウォーキング、中程度の強度、および活発な活動の個々の領域固有のスコアを提供するように構成されています。
このツールは、過去 7 日間で特定の身体活動に費やした時間を尋ねます。
合計スコアについては、すべてのドメインのすべてのタイプのアクティビティの期間 (分単位) と頻度が合計されますが、特定のドメインのスコアは、特定のドメイン内の歩行、中程度の強度、および激しい強度のアクティビティの合計によって計算されます。
