そのために、このプロジェクトは 3 つの段階から構成されます。
- 臨床腫瘍反応パラメーター間の相関関係を評価できるようにするキャリブレーション段階 (つまり、 TV/AP の特徴)と、UTCR パラメーターを定義する数学的モデルを開発するために、A/MS バイオアッセイから発行された放射線生物学的パラメーターを使用します。
- 臨床腫瘍応答パラメータ(つまり、TV/AP 特徴と UTCR の両方)に対する A/MS バイオアッセイの有効性を評価するための検証段階。
- 精度ステージは、A および MS バイオアッセイの予測性能の精度を向上させるため、または臨床パラメーターと放射線生物学的パラメーターの間の相関関係を説明する新しい数学モデルを確立するために実行されます。 この精密ステージの目的は、キャリブレーション ステージの結果によって異なります (以下を参照)。
この前向き臨床研究は、肉腫、直腸癌、食道腫瘍を含む広範囲の腫瘍の放射線感受性を調査するために、さまざまな種類の腫瘍を有する患者集団で実施されます。

包含基準:
I1. 18歳以上の患者(男性または女性)。 I2.術前放射線療法または放射線化学療法による治療を受ける、未治療の非転移性の後腹膜または四肢軟部肉腫、食道がん、または直腸がんが疑われる成人患者。 RECIST 1.1 I4 に従って少なくとも 1 つの測定可能な病変。 文書化された陰性血清検査 (HVB、HIV、HVC) I5. PS ECOG 0 ~ 1 I6。 患者はインフォームドコンセントを提供する能力と意欲がある。 I7. 理解力があり、フォローアップ訪問に対する意欲があること。 I8. 医療保険が適用されます。

キャリブレーション段階は、登録された最初の 40 人の患者からのデータを使用して実行されます。
