大腿骨頸部骨折は、高齢化の進行、コストの上昇、それに伴う罹患率と死亡率の増加により、公衆衛生上の大きな懸念事項となっています。 開発途上国では、利用できる経済的および技術的資源が限られているため、この問題はより深刻です。 次の研究の目的は、当科で治療を受けた股関節骨折患者の疫学と初期治療結果を分析することです。
この研究は、パナマ共和国チリキ県にある第 3 レベルの施設であるラファエル ヘルナンデス地域病院で行われます。 後ろ向き観察研究です。
このため、研究では病院の記録が使用され、Singh Index を含む画像検査が検討され、すべての関連データが SPSS 21 ソフトウェアで分析されます。
