先天性心疾患の乳児における術後マッサージ
小児心臓胸部手術後の痛みに対するマッサージの効果
提案された研究の主な目的は、心臓胸部手術を受けた乳児の痛みと臨床転帰に対する毎日のマッサージの有効性をパイロットテストすることです. 第 2 の目的は、マッサージ、痛みのスコア、および親の不安、心不全の重症度、痛みの重症度など、痛みのスコアに影響を与える可能性のあるその他の変数の間の関係を調査することです。
具体的な目的 1: 乳児の痛みに対するマッサージの効果と臨床転帰を 2 つのグループ間で経時的に比較すること: 術後マッサージを術後 7 日間受けた乳児と、術後 7 日間に制限された必須ではない介護を同等の時間受けた乳児。
特定の目的 2: 介入前後の疼痛スコアと生理学的反応を 2 つのグループで比較する: 術後マッサージを受けている乳児と、制限された必須ではない介護を同程度の時間受けている乳児。
特定の目的 3: マッサージを受ける前後のマッサージ介入群における潜在的な疼痛反応のモデレーターを調べること。

- 外科的介入を必要とする複雑な先天性心疾患を持って生まれた乳児

マッサージには、乳児のアクセス可能な上肢、下肢、頭、顔、背中への 30 分間の穏やかな摩擦、こね、撫で、受動的な接触が含まれていました。

ACTIVE_COMPARATOR:静かな時間
静かな時間の介入に無作為に割り付けられた乳児は、必須ではない臨床的介護作業が制限された 30 分間の時間を経験しました。

静かな時間の間、乳児は 30 分間の静かな時間 (QT) 期間を受け取り、その間、重要でない介護作業は制限されました。
QT の間、臨床医は、直接的な臨床介護活動、つまり乳児との物理的接触を必要とする活動を避けるように求められました。
