- 出産の可能性のある女性は、避妊を進んで使用する必要があります

- CFと一致する2つの臨床的特徴;そしてどちらか
- CFと一致する2つの識別可能な変異を持つ遺伝子型、または
- 定量的ピロカルピンイオントフォレシスによる汗の塩化物 > 60 ミリ当量/リットル (mEq/L)。
- 上気道または下気道の急性感染症の証拠がなく、臨床的に安定している
- -糞便エラスターゼによって決定される外分泌膵機能不全（PI）が、スクリーニング時に測定されたグラムあたり100マイクログラム（μg/g）未満
- カプセルで膵酵素補給が可能
- -調査官の判断により、この調査に必要なテストと手順を実行できる
除外基準:
- 年齢 <7 歳
- 妊娠中、授乳中、または出産の可能性があり、避妊をしたくない
- スクリーニング前の30日以内に、現在マーケティングが承認されていない薬物、生物学的製剤、またはデバイスの調査研究への参加
- 線維化性結腸症の病歴
- -肝臓移植、肺移植、または腸の重大な外科的切除の歴史
- PIとは関係のない慢性の下痢性疾患
- 肝機能異常（ギルバート症候群を除く）
- -肝硬変または門脈圧亢進症（例、脾腫、腹水、食道静脈瘤）の徴候および/または症状、またはCFとは無関係の記録された肝疾患
