これは、大量の飲酒を見越して摂取するために、120の大暴れに沈むMSMから12週間のナルトレキソン50mgの二重盲検プラセボ対照試験です。
倫理的および人種的に多様な参加者は、会場ベースの採用とソーシャルネットワークBSED採用戦略を使用して採用されます。
参加者は、アルコール代謝産物の尿検査、薬物調剤の研究、およびアルコール使用のための簡単なカウンセリングのために毎週見られます。
安全評価と行動調査は毎月完了します。
アルコール消費とアルコール関連性の性的リスク行動(AIMS 1-3)の有効性は、毎週のタイムラインフォローバック、エチルグルクロニド(ETG)陽性尿のスクリーニング、および毎月の介入をコンピューターで投与することを使用して評価されます。

- (1) 男性 (2) アルコールの影響下で、過去 3 か月間に男性と自己申告したアナル セックス (3) 過去 1 週間に少なくとも 1 回のどんちゃん騒ぎ (1 回の機会に 5 回以上の飲酒) セッション3ヶ月; (4) どんちゃん騒ぎのアルコール消費を減らすことに関心がある。 (5) 迅速な抗体検査または HIV 感染の医療記録文書による HIV 陰性 (HIV 陽性の参加者); (6) 現在、長期の医療を必要とする急性疾患がないこと。 (7) 治験参加中に臨床的に進行する可能性が高い慢性疾患がない。 (8)インフォームドコンセントを提供し、訪問スケジュールを順守する能力と意思がある。 (9) 18 歳から 70 歳までの年齢。 (10) ベースラインの CBC、総タンパク質、アルブミン、グルコース、アルカリホスファターゼ、クレアチニン、BUN、および電解質に臨床的に重大な異常がなく、臨床医が症状、身体検査、および病歴と併せて決定した場合。
除外基準:
