- (1) 남성 성별 (2) 지난 3개월 동안 알코올의 영향을 받은 상태에서 남성과의 항문 성교를 스스로 보고했습니다. (3) 이전에 일주일에 최소 한 번 폭음(한 번에 5잔 이상) 세션을 했습니다. 삼 개월; (4) 폭음 알코올 소비를 줄이는 데 관심이 있습니다. (5) 신속한 항체 검사 또는 HIV 감염의 의료 기록 문서에 의한 HIV 음성(HIV 양성 참여자); (6) 장기간의 치료를 필요로 하는 현재의 급성 질환이 없음; (7) 시험 참여 동안 임상적으로 진행될 가능성이 있는 만성 질환이 없음; (8) 정보에 입각한 동의를 제공하고 방문 일정을 준수할 수 있고 의향이 있습니다. (9) 18-70세; (10) 기준선 CBC, 총 단백질, 알부민, 포도당, 알칼리 포스파타제, 크레아티닌, BUN 및 증상, 신체 검사 및 병력과 관련하여 연구 임상의가 결정한 임상적으로 유의한 이상이 없는 전해질.
제외 기준:
- (1) 모든 정신과(예: 자살 생각을 동반한 우울증) 또는 연구에 안전하게 참여하는 것을 방해하는 의학적 상태; (2) 날트렉손에 대한 알려진 알레르기/이전 부작용; (3) 현재 오피오이드 진통제를 필요로 하거나 필요로 할 가능성이 있는 알려진 의학적 상태 또는 오피오이드의 현재 사용/의존성; (4) 등록 시 오피오이드 양성 소변; (5) 현재 CD4 수 < 200 cells/mm3 (6) 중등도/중증 간 질환(AST, ALT > 정상 상한치의 3배); (7) 손상된 신장 기능(크레아티닌 청소율 < 50 ml/min); (8) 현재 중복 가능성이 있는 다른 중재 연구에 참여하고 있습니다. (9) SCID 기준에 의해 결정된 알코올 의존성(비의존성 알코올 사용 장애/알코올 남용 증상[DSM-IV]이 있는 참가자가 자격이 있음) (10) 주 조사자 및/또는 연구 임상의의 판단에서 안전한 연구 참여 또는 연구 절차 준수를 방해합니다. (11) 문자 메시지를 보내고 받을 수 있는 휴대폰이 없는 경우.
