バックグラウンド
敗血症は罹患率と死亡率が高いため、世界中で困難な医学的問題となっています。 敗血症における臓器機能障害と生存率を改善するには、3 つの治療原則を考慮に入れる必要があります。 2) 適切な組織灌流の再確立; 3) 敗血症病巣のタイムリーな特定と管理。 さらに、敗血症の生存は、タイムリーな識別と適切な治療に依存します。 過去数十年にわたる敗血症管理の漸進的な進歩により、死亡率指数が低下しました。 死亡率は、1993 年の 43% から 2003 年の 37% へ、2007 年の 29% へと徐々に低下しています。さらに、2012 年には 18.4% という最低値に達しました。 全体として、敗血症の世界的な見通しと適切な治療アルゴリズムを確立するためには、敗血症性ショックの高い死亡率に関連する要因を特定する必要があります。
