この研究の目的は、時間制限のある食事介入が20~29歳の女性の食行動、食事の質、体組成にどのような影響を与えるかを評価することです。
参加者は、4週間の間、すべての食べ物と飲み物(水と一部のノンカロリー飲料を除く)を日中10時間までに制限するよう求められます。
参加者は、開始前の 1 週間は通常の食事と活動のパターンに従い、終了後は 4 週間好きな食事パターンに従います。

説明
包含基準:
- 英語を話し、読むことができる
- スマートフォンを所有している
- BMI ≥ 23 kg/m2
- 通常の食事時間は 12 時間以上で、ほとんどの日で最後の食事の機会が午後 8 時以降である
- 少なくとも中程度のベースラインレベルの食事制限を行っている
除外基準:
- 交代制勤務者
- 妊娠中、授乳中、または今後6か月以内に妊娠を計画している
- 過去または現在の摂食障害の診断を受けている
- 慢性病状(糖尿病、心臓、腎臓、甲状腺疾患など)がある、または治療食や特定の食事のタイミングを必要とする病状がある

実験的:時間制限のある食事

食事の種類や総量を変更する必要はありません。
