この研究では、オンラインマインドフルネス療法が新型コロナウイルス感染症(COVID-19)隔離病棟の看護師のパンデミック疲労と回復力に及ぼす影響を評価した。
60人の看護師が実験グループと対照グループに分けられ、実験グループは6週間のオンラインマインドフルネスコースを受けました。

この研究では、新型コロナウイルス感染症(COVID-19)隔離病棟の看護師のパンデミック疲労の軽減と回復力の強化に対するオンラインマインドフルネス療法の有効性を評価しています。
反復測定の準実験計画を使用して、60 人の看護師が実験グループと対照グループに分けられました。
実験グループは6週間のオンラインマインドフルネスコースに参加しました。
テスト前、3週間後、6週間後に、パンデミックによる疲労と回復力に関するアンケートを使用して結果を測定しました。
