Denne studien evaluerer online mindfulness-terapis innvirkning på pandemisk tretthet og motstandskraft hos sykepleiere i COVID-19-karanteneavdelingen.
60 sykepleiere ble delt inn i forsøks- og kontrollgrupper, hvor forsøksgruppen fikk et 6-ukers online mindfulness-kurs.

Denne studien evaluerer effektiviteten av online mindfulness-terapi for å redusere pandemisk tretthet og øke motstandskraften blant sykepleiere i COVID-19-karanteneavdelinger.
Ved å bruke et kvasi-eksperimentelt design med gjentatte tiltak ble 60 sykepleiere delt inn i eksperimentelle og kontrollgrupper.
Eksperimentgruppen deltok på et 6-ukers online mindfulness-kurs.
Resultatene ble målt ved hjelp av spørreskjemaer om pandemisk utmattelse og motstandskraft ved pre-testen, tre uker og etter seks uker.
