W tym badaniu oceniano wpływ terapii uważności online na zmęczenie i odporność pandemiczną u pielęgniarek oddziałów kwarantanny z powodu Covid-19.
Sześćdziesiąt pielęgniarek podzielono na grupę eksperymentalną i kontrolną, przy czym grupa eksperymentalna przeszła 6-tygodniowy kurs uważności online.

Szczegółowy opis
W niniejszym badaniu oceniano skuteczność terapii uważności online w zmniejszaniu zmęczenia spowodowanego pandemią i zwiększaniu odporności pielęgniarek na oddziałach kwarantanny z powodu Covid-19.
Stosując projekt quasi-eksperymentalny z powtarzanymi działaniami, 60 pielęgniarek podzielono na grupę eksperymentalną i kontrolną.
Grupa eksperymentalna wzięła udział w 6-tygodniowym kursie uważności online.
Wyniki mierzono za pomocą kwestionariuszy zmęczenia i odporności pandemicznej na etapie wstępnym, po trzech tygodniach i po sześciu tygodniach.
