이 연구는 온라인 마음챙김 치료가 코로나19 격리 병동 간호사의 전염병 피로와 회복력에 미치는 영향을 평가합니다.
60명의 간호사를 실험그룹과 통제그룹으로 나누어 실험그룹은 6주간의 온라인 마음챙김 과정을 받았습니다.

이 연구는 코로나19 격리 병동 간호사들의 전염병 피로 감소 및 회복력 강화에 대한 온라인 마음챙김 치료의 효과를 평가합니다.
반복 측정 준실험 설계를 사용하여 60명의 간호사를 실험군과 대조군으로 나누었습니다.
실험그룹은 6주간의 온라인 마음챙김 강좌에 참여했습니다.
결과는 사전 테스트, 3주 및 6주 후에 유행성 피로 및 탄력성 설문지를 사용하여 측정되었습니다.
