- がんの病歴がある
- がんの一次治療(化学療法、放射線療法など)を完了している
- 研究チームが医師に癌の診断を確認することに同意する
- 手術を受けた場合は、手術後少なくとも8週間経過している必要があります
- かかりつけの医師に研究参加のための医学的許可を提供してもらいたい
- 研究の資格があれば自宅の住所を喜んで提供する
- 学習活動のためにZoomなどのビデオ会議プラットフォームを使用する意欲と能力があること(意欲と能力の両方が必要)
- テキスト メッセージを送信および/または受信する意欲と能力がある (意欲と能力の両方が必要)
- 米国の電話番号を持っている
- 電子メールアドレスを持っています

- 介助なしで歩行できる(杖、歩行器、車椅子を使用する必要がない)
- 研究期間中、週に 3 ~ 5 回のエクササイズ セッションを自分で行う意欲と能力がある。 「いいえ」と答えた場合は説明してください

除外基準:
- 転移性または再発性のがん
- 過去5年間に別のがんと診断されたことがある(上皮内がんまたは子宮頸がんは含まない)
- 重度の整形外科疾患、関節疾患、または個人の活動を妨げるその他の疾患がある
- 不安定狭心症
- 休んでいるとき、または身体を動かしているときに、胸に痛み、圧迫感、または重さがある
- ニューヨーク心臓協会のクラスII、III、またはIVのうっ血性心不全を患っている
- 過去 6 か月間に少なくとも 2 回、血圧が 160/100 を超えている(160 または 100 のいずれかの数値)
- 喘息がコントロールできていない
- 余分な酸素を必要とする間質性肺炎を患っている
- 認知症または脳組織化症候群がある
- 統合失調症または活動性精神病を患っている
- 脳卒中やその他の問題を起こし、障害や麻痺が残ったことがある(体の一部を動かしたり感じたりすることができない)
- 聴覚に問題があり、電話での会話が難しい
- 盲目または部分的に盲目
- 研究参加の最初の6ヶ月間に計画された手術(PIの承認がない場合)
- -研究参加の最初の6か月間に膝または股関節の手術を計画している
- 研究参加の最初の6か月間は通常の薬剤の変更が予想される(PIの承認がない場合)
- 医師から指示された運動のみを行うように言われている
- 医師から身体活動を制限するように言われている
- 中程度の強度の有酸素運動を行うことが禁忌である
- 過去6か月間で平均して週90分以上の中強度の運動、または週30分以上の激しい運動を行っている
- バランスが取れない、または安全に動き回ることができない
- 現在妊娠している、または研究参加中に妊娠が予想される
- 現在別の運動研究に参加中
- BMI ≧ 50 である
