  • 18歳以上60歳以下の患者
  • 発症から6時間以上経過した二次性脳損傷の患者
  • GCSスコアが6を超え、緊急または選択的開頭術を受ける患者
  • 米国麻酔科学会(ASA)身体状態分類がII以上の患者
  • ボディマス指数が17 kg/m²を超え、30 kg/m²未満の患者

除外基準:

  • 頭部外傷発症から6時間未満の患者
  • 全身性ショックの徴候を示す患者
  • 参加を拒否する患者または家族
  • デクスメデトミジン、セボフルラン、および/またはスフェンタニルに対するアレルギーの既往歴がある患者
  • 活動性感染症または敗血症の既往歴がある患者
  • 術前に大量輸血を受けた患者
  • 自己免疫疾患の患者
  • 活動性悪性腫瘍の患者
  • 化学療法の既往歴がある患者
  • アラニンアミノトランスフェラーゼ(ALT/SGPT)値が正常基準範囲(7-56 U/L)を超えるなど、肝機能障害の既往歴がある患者
