  • 年龄≥18岁至≤60岁的患者
  • 继发性脑损伤发作时间≥6小时的患者
  • 格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)>6分、接受紧急或择期开颅手术的患者
  • 美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)身体状况分级≥II级
  • 体重指数>17 kg/m²且<30 kg/m²

排除标准:

  • 头部损伤发作时间<6小时的患者
  • 出现全身性休克体征的患者
  • 患者或家属拒绝参与
  • 有右美托咪定、七氟烷和/或舒芬太尼过敏史的患者
  • 有活动性感染或脓毒症病史的患者
  • 术前接受过大量输血的患者
  • 患有自身免疫性疾病的患者
  • 患有活动性恶性肿瘤的患者
  • 有化疗史的患者
  • 有肝功能不全病史的患者,表现为丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT/SGPT)水平高于正常参考范围(7-56 U/L)
  • 有长期皮质类固醇治疗史的患者
