Data Monitoring Analyst

Job Overview
The Data Monitoring Analyst communicates with customers and trading partners to proactively monitor and identify data transmissions and take action to resolve data issues, reporting into their Supervisor.

Essential Functions
•    Monitor daily transmissions of inbound data to ensure required data transactions are received.
•    Work with customers and trading partners to help resolve data issues.
•    Perform data analysis to resolve data issues.
•    Work with Implementation, Support and IT teams to resolve data issues.
•    Assure that customer needs and unresolved problems are properly escalated and communicated
•    Back up for selected network communication setup activity
•    Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Qualifications
•    Strong communication skills and the ability to work with others.
•    Excellent PC skills including experience with Microsoft Office products.

•    Experience monitoring data.

•    Oracle SQL experience

•    Ability to prioritize work responsibilities and multi-task with little supervision
•    Ability to use common sense to resolve issues.
•    Strong attention to detail.

Education / Experience:
•   2 yr degree in Information Systems OR 3+ yrs of experience in IT/customer technical support or related field.
