Job Overview:

Serve in support-level capacity on a Clinical Data Management team to provide efficient, quality data management products that meet customer needs.

EDC Accounts Provisioning Team Responsibilities:

  • Provides a secure EDC Platform to support study deliverables throughout the year.

  • Coordinates and supports inspection readiness activities (i.e. ensures each user associated with the study has completed the proper training required for their role assignment in Rave and documenting/researching any discrepancies).

  • Provides support to Helpdesk regarding Rave account provisioning processes and approvals.

  • Provides continuous direction and support to Study Teams in relation to Site access, audit inquires, Rave role user and coordinating account assignments, including the support of eSignature readiness for high priority milestones (e.g. snapshots, DB locks).

  • Point of Contact for Rave account creation/Rave role update related issues/requests.

  • Responsible for the creation of QRGs (Quick Reference Guides) to assist with account provisioning processes and procedures.

  • Possesses knowledge in the usage of STAR, classic Medidata Rave, iMedidata to review account access issues.

  • Plans and manages the Rave User Account Monitor reviews to ensure users are assigned the correct Usergroup and Rave role in the Rave URLs.

  • Assists with EDC Account systems UAT (i.e. JIRA, STAR, etc.)

  • Creates study metrics reports for the Site Coordinators when requested.

  • Leads meetings on behalf of the EDC Ops Manager with the SMAs and Project Manager/Study team.

  • Trains and mentors EDC Accounts team members and oversees the daily/weekly workload.


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Medidata RAVE experience required

  • 3 years of experience including clinical trials experience in a function similar to DM or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

  • Excellent organizational, communication and computer skills required.

  • Ability to exercise excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to act independently and with initiative required to resolving problems.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
