We are seeking anexperiencedFacilities Project Associate 1for our FacilitiesTeam in Mattawan, Michigan.

The Facilities Project Associate 1, as part of a multifaceted team,is responsible for the organization and smoothoperation of the Facilities Project office and projects, as well as providing high level support to theFacilities management and site management. This team provides the coordination of the construction / renovationprocess from concept (planning, estimating, budgeting, contracting with sub-contractors, assigning workforce, andverifying quality and progress in the field) to project completion while satisfying the customer and maintainingbudget and schedule.

The following are minimum requirements related to the Facilities Project Associate 1position:

Bachelor's degreein relevant field and 0-2 years relevant experience; or HS / GED and 3 years relevant experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. Strong skills required in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling, and other construction software programs. Travel may be required; obtaining a passport is recommended. Computer skills, commensurate with Essential Functions and including ability to learn a validated system. Ability to work extended hours beyond normal work schedule to include, but not limited to, evenings, weekends,extended shifts and/or extra shifts, sometimes on short notice. Ability to work under specific time constraints.
