In order to realize our vision, we are looking for an Associate Director, Israel

Innovation Hub

The candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing the newly designed Innovation Hub and leading optimization efforts to enhance Innovation Hub delivery. The Associate Director, Israel Innovation Hub will be in charge of identifying  and leading the engagement with start up companies that can add innovative value to the IQVIA portfolio, identifying opportunities for innovation hub pipeline. This person will work with stakeholders from commercial, business operations, and technology teams to ensure objectives are completed on time and on budget across all Innovation Hub initiatives as well as with IQVIA’s Innovation Champion.

Main Accountabilities:

• Responsible for identifying and engaging with potential start-up companies
• Facilitate engagement between IQVIA sponsors and IQVIA stakeholders to accelerate identification of opportunities for joint activities with IQVIA
• Deliver against objectives in coordination with the IQVIA Innovation Champion
• Manage, monitor, and report on high priority activities to senior leadership and supporting stakeholders
• Responsible for driving the end-to-end Innovation Hub process to identify, incubate, and invest in new technology and / or potential acquisitions
• Actively monitor opportunities to secure pipeline of opportunities and potential projects
• Responsible for regular coordination with the companies participating in the Innovation Hub
• Ensure successful collaboration of stakeholders across IQVIA supporting Innovation Hub
• Drive ongoing analysis and evaluation of existing processes with the objective of providing continuous process improvement
• Ensures all activities are performed per budget and timeline
• Comprehensively manage risks with mitigation and contingency plans
• Collaborate with Innovation Champion to integrate learnings from the Innovation Hub into broader IQVIA and acquisitions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree and Master Post Grade in business, life sciences, industrial engineering or related field
• Proven Project management experience
• Expertise in Microsoft Office and other data capture, analysis and compilation tools
• Experience in establishing collaborative partnerships
• Consulting experience advantageous
• Account management experience adventitious
• Product/offering development experience advantageous
• Proficiency in English and Hebrew (both written and spoken)
• Strong and clear communications skills, collaborative attitude, innovative mind-set and creative thinking are strongly required
