Senior Financial Analyst, Central Team Support

This is a highly visible role on the central team support team within the CRS business. This role will play a key part in stabilizing and more importantly optimizing the ASC 606 revenue recognition environment. This role will require the individual to operate cross functionally within the broader finance organization and assist in ensuring a timely and smooth revenue close.

The role will focus on developing and delivering insightful standardized reporting on an accurate and timely basis utilizing or developing key tools. The role is tasking with the creation and constant improvement of the monthly project reports and financial reporting packages. The role works closely with finance and business functions to understand and translate reporting requirements into automated reports. They are the technical experts on the team that prioritize key developments to support the automation efforts and activities. This highly visible role requires a strong communicator with an in-depth financial understanding to anticipate customer needs. Success of the role is measured in the time and effort savings of report generation and modeling. This role will also help model, define and implement future enhancements as Parexel continues its journey to transform FinanceQualifications• 3-5 years minimum in a financial or related field with demonstrated success record of process improvement

• Understanding of ASC 606 and prior CRO experience
