The Functional Services Provider (FSP) Recruitment Marketing Manager is an important role within the Parexel FSP organization, and is responsible for developing and executing internal and external marketing projects to drive increasingly more qualified candidates to our organization, more quickly and cost-effectively. You will play a major role in supporting EMEA, APAC, India, and Japan FSP recruitment campaigns.

You will report to the VP, FSP Recruitment and Operations and will work closely with internal stakeholders, including: the wider Parexel Recruitment Marketing team; the VP, Talent Acquisition; the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager; the Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist; Recruiters; HR Business Partners; HR Operations Partners; as well as the Corporate Marketing group. You will also manage external relationships with advertising agencies, job boards and industry publications/associations.

You will be an FSP Subject Matter Expert (SME) in digital and social media, employer branding and recruitment marketing campaign initiatives, and proactively ensure the design and execution of recruitment marketing campaigns. Further, you will translate global employer brand messaging into local needs, tailoring with respect to audience. These activities will support and drive our employer brand presence within country in both online and offline events.

Key Accountabilities include:

Developing a robust recruitment marketing strategy and providing seamless execution. Partnering with local Talent Acquisition to ensure a suitable mix of channels are available to attract the best talent and build pipelines of talent against planned requirements. Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum ROI and demonstrate results to stakeholders; utilizing these metrics to build future strategies and shape recommendations. Writing copy for e-communications, job advertisements and ad hoc requests, including: e-newsletters, campaigns, and social posts for key audiences. Being an FSP ambassador for the employer brand and driving local execution in market, producing and local solutions where appropriate. Managing stakeholder engagement on all employer brand principles. Managing the selection and utilization of local vendors (as required) to execute all programs in line with global guidance.

Recruitment Advertising: Independently liaising between Parexel FSP and the advertising agency to maintain resources. Acting as a consultant for the recruiters and partnering with the advertising agency understand sourcing challenges and develop creative solutions. Content Generation and Management (Social/Digital Media, Collateral, etc.): Developing new content for recruitment web properties on an ongoing basis. Maintaining a close working relationship with Corporate Marketing and other internal teams to leverage and share resources. Collaborating with the team to develop materials and maintain a strong digital presence for Parexel FSP career opportunities. Event Planning: Planning and executing hiring events and attendance at conferences—including both Parexel FSP- and industry-hosted events. Driving the advertisement of events through leveraging TA assets and corporate marketing resources, such as social media. Reporting: Effectively communicating the recruitment marketing strategy to internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Creating job descriptions that include key differentiators against competing positions in the marketplace. Analyzing data from the ATS and other back-end databases for ongoing and annual strategic planning. Developing and maintaining KPIs to measure the success of marketing campaigns. QualificationsAbility to work autonomously and project manage a task from start to completion, utilizing upfront strategic planning and measured milestones. Strong prioritization skills and attention to detail. Flexible and change-oriented with respect to work assignments and new learning. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Client-focused approach to work. Ability to develop solutions, work with multiple stakeholders, and value the importance of teamwork. Basic experience with photo editing software and Adobe. Education Bachelor’s Degree, MBA a plus Language Skills Fluent in English (verbal and written) Minimum Work Experience Significant marketing experience within a fast-paced, professional, and progressive environment. Experience in content generation is required. Exposure to a recruitment or HR group is preferred but not required. Experience in the use of databases, resume/candidate tracking systems and job boards.
