<h2>Job Overview:</h2><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">In this role, Covance-Labcorp’s Rotational Program Manager’s primary focus will be to lead the development and delivery of the Global Rotational and Post Doc Development Programs. The incumbent will possess an understanding of Labcorp’s global business portfolio and structure, and understands how early and mid-level talent development programs is an enabler of execution of business strategies and building Labcorp’s talent pipeline. </span></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">A successful incumbent will partner with Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, Technical Training and University Relations Recruitment Team to understand talent needs, develop tailored program elements to address specific business needs, and exercise influence to gain buy in.  A successful incumbent will also identify opportunities to recruit diverse candidates from global internal and external talent pools. </span></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"> </p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><u>Essential Job Duties</u></span></p><ul><li style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage and drive Covance by Labcorp’s rotation programs and post doc training program strategy focused on building future leaders across multiple global segments of our business.  This includes designing the rotational and post doc program experience, as well as working with business leaders for rotation and project assignment nominations and selection/placement (domestic and international). </span></li><li style="color: #000000; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Inspire and influence business leaders to design rotational assignments/projects which are aligned with Covance-Labcorp’s organizational strategy, leadership principles and that bring value to the participating business segment. </span></li><li style="color: #000000; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Deliver best in class rotational program experience including program communications, orientation, onboarding, performance management and program events. </span></li><li style="color: #000000; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Creates centralized program budget and manages program expenses against budget and global program metrics.</span></li><li style="color: #000000; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Collaborates with recruitment team to research, select target partner academic programs and alumni networks, assists with external recruitment strategy design. </span></li><li style="color: #000000; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Participate in projects as applicab</span>le.</span></li></ul><h2>Education/Qualifications:</h2><ul><li style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Bachelors degree (or country equivalent) required. </span></li></ul><h2>Experience:</h2><ul><li style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">5 years of related experience preferred.</span></li><li style="color: #000000; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Previous university relations or recruiting experience is preferred.</span></li><li style="color: #000000;
