Business Analyst, Business Process and Product Experience Analyst

The Business Process and Product Experience Analyst, is responsible for working with the assigned business teams to develop a deep knowledge of process and systems used to deliver the organization’s services, use qualitative and quantitative research to determine user behavior and digital adoption, and make constructive recommendations for change in process, systems and/or training.

This includes identifying and solutioning change that involves business process improvement analysis, data intelligence of department functions, analytical insights, and prioritization of process execution and performance objectives with the Functional Department Leadership Team.

You are highly analytical, data driven, and a bit of a salesperson - not only identifying and advocating for impactful changes, but also influencing the implementation of those changes.

Key Accountabilities:

Business Partner & AnalystBuild strategic relationships and manage communication and alignment across multiple, cross-disciplinary teamsPartner with business representatives to assess needs, prioritize objectives and understand pain points Facilitate interpretation and decision making based on supporting analysis and data insights.
