Assoc Manager Supplier Services

Job Overview

Under broad guidance, manages and administers the daily relationship of key suppliers

Essential Functions

• Interacts with suppliers contacts to discuss their business needs and develops the appropiate solution
• Ensures supplier data submission meet contractual standards and maintains quality or data supply
• Gathers requirements, develops custom reports, fulfills report requests and responds to customer request
• Recruits new data suppliers (eg. pharmacists or doctors) for new panels or to maintain the statistical validity of a panel
• Maintains supplier records and all supplier-related information (profiles, contract, information, contact, compensation records, compliance, ...)
• Compensate data suppliers - nvestigates, resolves and processess panel incentives in order to facilitate timely receipt of compensation
• May visit data suppliers
• Acts as a lead, providing direction and guidance
• Manage a team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of IQVIA core products, customer account management and IQVIA information solutions/consulting service portfolio Advanced
• Strong communication and servicing skills and the ability to negotiate Advanced
• Ability to proactively identify complex problems and needs and develop solutions/recomendations to solve problems Advanced
