Director, Artificial Intelligence Consulting

Reporting to the SVP Real World Solutions (RWS) Technology, this is a unique and exciting opportunity to support the work of the AI Council, our group of leading experts and senior leaders, coordinating AI council work programmes and promoting engagement with the wider enterprise on AI.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Manages work of the AI council, upholding on-schedule completion of deliverables within AI council work streams (e.g. communications, GTM, excellence network)
  • Flexibly leads, manages or delivers content for selected AI council workstreams e.g. AI modelling on enterprise data, AI GTM collateral development, IQVIA AI ethics guidelines
  • Supports with organisation of and material development for regular AI council briefing meetings and other executive meetings on AI
  • Pursues targeted dissemination of AI council deliverables and strategic priorities across enterprise to promote knowledge sharing and AI capability enablement
  • Acts as a point of contact to broader organisation for AI council, recruiting expert input across organisation, as needed, to support AI council work
  • Tracks and summarises revenue associated with IQVIA AI offerings on quarterly basis, working with Regional & Global Business Unit managers to compile data.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • MSc combined with healthcare industry experience incl. consulting and/or data science/AI. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in one or more practice areas within IQVIA or CRO.
  • Excellent project management skills and influencing and relationship building skills.

We'll also be looking for someone who:

  • Works effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals. 
  • Is experienced with developing relationships with senior managers and executives within IQVIA.
  • Has familiarity with IQVIA portfolio and general understanding of role AI plays in supporting IQVIA offerings.
  • Has the ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Is knowledgeable of key issues and current developments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. 
  • With excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills.
