<h2>Job Overview:</h2><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We are seeking a Change Manager for our Business Transformation Change Management Office.  <span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The Change Management Office, Change Manager/Lead is responsible for supporting the Associate Director of the Change Management Office in driving change support for transformational change initiatives for CTTS as well as the Busines Transformation function, partnering with Leadership, project leaders and team members to conceptualize, plan and execute organizational change management plans in support of CTTS transformational change initiatives and to provide support for CTTS technology project portfolio as capacity allows.  This position will be instrumental in assisting with organizational design, culture change, process change and technology / toolset changes that are a direct result from these change areas.   </span></span></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong> </strong></span></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Essential Job Duties:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with the Leadership and/or Project Leadership to develop and execute the human performance Change Management plans for all approved projects.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Champion the CLS Organizational Change Management strategy for use with all organizational, process and information technology changes across the organization.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Guide, educate and coach project team members and employees at all levels on Organizational Change Management strategies and techniques to most effectively deliver comprehensive and sustained change to the organization.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Supports the CMO Associate Director in partnership with the Change Management Associate to develop/deliver global program/project communications </span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support Departmental Change Leaders to execute project change management plans designed to ensure sustained stakeholder adoption of changes across the organization.</span></li><li style="color: #1a1a1a; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with Change Management Office training manager, designers, developers, trainers on the development/delivery of training strategies and plans to support organizational and/or project change management needs.</span></li><li style="color: #1a1a1a; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with Departmental Leadership, Change Leaders and/or Communication Leads to ensure for the  effective cascade of key messages.</span></li><li style="color: #1a1a1a; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Performs other duties as assigned.</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 1em 0px;"> </p><h2>Education/Qualifications:</h2><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Education:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;">BA/BS required.
