  Job Summary

Director of Global Talent Acquisition will continue to build and develop talent strategies for the Talent Acquisition team and business stakeholders supporting multiple, global businesses and functions within the Charles RIver Labs organization. You will lead the Talent Acquisition efforts that includes: recruiting strategy, process improvement, strategic sourcing, analytics, branding, and overall candidate experience. The Director of Global Talent Acquisition must lead our growing company and drive results, while remaining agile to support our hiring success.   Long Description ​​​​​​​Partner with our leadership team to understand business needs and support recruiting efforts for aligned business and functions (your client areas). Drive continuous, data-driven improvement of Talent Acquisition strategy and processes. Develop strong relationships with HR Business Partners to understand what workforce plans consist of plan to develop pipelines of talent. Leverage various talent acquisition strategies to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage resources effectively Lead and strategize our global employer branding strategy to tell our story in a consistent way   Support senior and executive level recruitment needs of the organization for aligned client areas. Be a people-oriented leader that values input across multiple perspectives and can synthesize ideas Leverage data and have an ability to deep-dive to gain and share insights with leadership Oversee / manage relationships with third-party agencies and vendors Job Qualifications B.S. preferred  with 12+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in the life sciences  industry with proven ability to build high-performing organizations Experience leveraging data to communicate to leadership to identify strengths and opportunities within talent processes/programs to guide our teams to exceptional performance The ability to identify and attract top talent, both for an organization and for your own team Proven ability of having developed high performing teams, programs, solutions or strategies Passion for staying up to date with the latest TA trends and best practices Demonstrated ability to be seen as a true Talent Partner to all levels of the business Strong verbal and written communications skills – you are proactive, dynamic and thorough Experience in system implementation, social media strategy, training and competitive market intel
