Job Title: Manager, Finance Business Partnering

The Role:Develop, prepare and maintain monthly financial forecasts including budget reconciliations and supporting analysis for the business unit.Analyze business unit financial results and key performance indicators including the preparation of monthly & quarterly reporting packages and commentary.Working with business unit management to develop and build annual budgets.Make recommendations to business unit management for optimizing financial performance and achieving financial targets.Finance lead for ad hoc project work in business unit.Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which centers on our commitment to people, clients and performance.As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes, adding value to our business and meeting client needs.

What you will need: Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACA, etc) with 3+ years' PQE industry experience.Strong financial analysis and problem solving skills.An ability to distill and summarize large, complex data sets.Emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact with and influence a variety of personnel across the organization including senior management.Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Excellent working knowledge of MS office package, in particular Excel & PowerPointExperience using Oracle ERP/ Hyperion / Essbase an advantage
