Manage client and study communication to execute projects against defined timelines and financial projections. Use appropriate tools to support the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and completion of projects, to ensure team deliver on client commitments.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"> </p><p style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Job responsibilities include:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Be the clients advocate within the Bioanalytical organisation</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Gather and provide visibility to client expectations</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Communicate study updates to client</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate internal teams to deliver per timelines</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide data for capacity projections</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure appropriate scheduling / resource management to allow on-time delivery</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Escalate and facilitate issue resolution</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Contract review and project budget, financial reconciliation</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Remote/hybrid working would be considered and part-time (min 4 days) would be considered</span></strong></span></p><h2>Education/Qualifications:</h2><ul><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Hold a relevant degree and have relevant Project Management Office experience</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><h2>Experience:</h2><ul><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience in a relevant field of project management ideally with a scientific industry background</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels with other employees, as well as external clients, etc.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven ability to prioritise and manage time</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Up to date knowledge of regulatory guidelines is desirable</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Learn and maintain knowledge of process excellence processes, tools and activities</span></li></ul>
