Talent Acquisition Resourcing Specialist - FSP , Home-based

The Role:

Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to provide sourcing support for clinical operations roles across the EMEA region:

· Source and create a pipeline of passive candidates for roles using Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques, databases & job boards.

· Screen resumes to determine basic qualifications and regularly track pipeline, market information activity.

· Assist the Recruiters in identifying the potential candidates’ competency and required skills

· Provide support with communications to candidates.

· Liaise with global operations and Recruiters to support recruiting efforts for global positions.

· Provide coordination support for the team.

· Additional responsibilities as requested.Qualifications· BS preferred.

· Minimum of 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience.

· Experience in recruiting for clinical trial staff preferred.

· Ability to handle confidential information and build trust throughout all levels of the organization.

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

· Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
