We have an exciting opportunity for a Meetings Assistant to join our ambitious and friendly team on a 9 month contract with an option to extend, delivering in-person and virtual events for our global clients. This role would ideally suit an Event Management graduate or an individual with a passion to move into event management.
The role is remote with occasional office use in our West Sussex location
Parexel are seeking an Associate for our meeting services department within the Medcom area of our business. The Meetings Associate will assist project lead with organisation of delegate travel and attendance at international meetings and congresses
Maintain high level of knowledge of on-line registration system
Maintain a positive, results orientated work environment, building partnerships and modeling teamwork, communicating to the team in an open, balanced and objective manner
Provide informed support, when necessary, to any of the other key service lines within CCMEE (Exhibitions, Meetings and Events, Clinical Communications, Creative Design, Digital Media, Studio and Production) and support to Account teams
QualificationsIf you are confident, highly-organized and a great team player with exceptional administrative and client service skills, we would love to hear from you
This role requires excellent administrative skills and experience. You will need working experience in using Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint

A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning
