In return, we’ll help you build a career that you can feel passionate about. Job Summary We are seeking a Maintenance Associate to work during the summer at our production site in Stoneridge, NY.

The Maintenance Associate will perform routine daily and preventative maintenance.

Salary:  $17.00 per hour 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform a wide variety of semi-skilled and skilled tasks to assist in the daily repair, preventative maintenance and construction of physical plant and expansion projects, including basic carpentry, masonry, painting, mechanical and floor/wall coating installation. Perform supply, delivery, distribution and acquisition tasks as directed. Assist in moving office contents within site, including furniture, files, etc. as needed. Maintain accurate records of maintenance repairs and services. Take proper safety precautions and utilize appropriate safety gear/equipment in the performance of all duties. Perform all other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a minimum of 18 years old. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
