Vice President, Business Excellence, Parexel Informatics

The Vice President, Business Excellence, Parexel Informatics, manages the portfolio of business improvement projects and ensure the benefits are identified and realized in the business value creation plan. Support business leaders in the delivery of their business projects through provision of resources, processes, tools and governance. Define, manage and develop business operating system tools and processes, such as Hoshin, Lean Six-Sigma, transformation, etcProactively monitor business metrics and identify improvement and transformation opportunities to drive reduction in variability/defects in critical business processes Build relationships with other Division and Corporate resources in order to support identification, review, prioritization and execution of key improvements opportunities/projects to drive results . Provide a leadership role, must be capable of leading their organization on a continuous journey of sustained improvement. Support continuous improvement efforts to meet and exceed customer requirements in a fast-paced environment. Review and implement business transformation opportunities as required, eg. RPA, AI, digital transformation. Qualifications

Skills

Experience in Business Transformation

Knowledge of lean concepts and process

Broad financial knowledge for budgeting, profit plan obtainment etc.

Strong communication and presentation skills

Strong ability to influence

Ability to think and drive strategic initiatives across a large span of operations

Willingness to work in a global matrixed environment and to value the importance of teamwork.

Knowledge and Experience

Must have 15+ years of overall experience in Business Excellence and at least 10 years of experience in leadership position

Black Belt Trained or Certified with relevant experience in AI and RPA

Experience driving major cross-functional improvements in a highly matrixed organization

A broad business unit view and understanding of strategy, processes and capabilities, enabling technologies and governance

Ability to drive and inspire change, and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

Extensive experience planning and deploying Business, Digital or Technology initiatives.

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with and present to a variety of audiences including Senior Management

Ability to manage through functional interdependencies, identifying and improving process gaps and overlaps, and business capability maturity gaps.

Ability to collaborate and liaise between business function.

Significant experience in change management

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
