At Mapi Research Trust, we have an incredible opportunity for an expert Account Manager to join the team in our Lyon office.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you will support the efforts to maintain and expand upon client and vendor relationships for MRT. Collaborating effectively with our clients across multiple accounts, you will be responsible for understanding clients' business objectives and for supporting or leading RFI/RFP responses and BD efforts and will collaborate across PCS.Actively supports MRT growth and collaborates across the service areas within.Proactively and independently expands knowledge base on constantly evolving industry trends and news and best practices.Continuously develops awareness of the pharma / biotech / medical device industry landscape as it relates to department specific service- related trends and challenges and guides awareness for MRT staff.Drives understanding and awareness of MRT staff on the nature of client relationships and supports the building/broadening of these relationships.Proactively develops new business opportunities and drives revenue growth through regular and meaningful communication.Leads the development and/or coordination of competitive RFPs/RFI responses and bid defence presentations addressing client's needs. Leads a portfolio of active clients; handling client communications, client outreach and RFI/RFP response development and coordination with all stakeholders across ICON as needed.Coordinates with scientific leaders, project management teams, and other contributors to drive forward the creation of compelling and competitive proposals.
