Coordinates, oversees and completes administrative functions to include, but not limited to:

Providing support to the CDM with the ongoing maintenance of the project documentation in the eTMF ensuring timely submission of documentation for posting.

Ensuring required naming conventions are being followed when submitting documents for incorporation into the eTMF

Tracking submission and successful posting of project documentation for the eTMF to ensure completeness

Performing periodic reviews of eTMF content to ensure completeness and accuracy and works with the CDM to address and resolve findings from the review

Providing project specific training submissions to Project Optimization

Helping the CDM prepare project metrics reports

Running reports and updating and maintaining assigned data points within the resourcing tool according to the established conventions within specified times.

Assisting with adding "Time Away from Work" (PTO, Hols etc.) and "Non-Billed" resources to resourcing tool

Running reports from resourcing tool (ex: over/under allocations) and provide to resourcing managers as appropriate to ensure allocations are appropriate.

Providing reports from resourcing tool to Leads/Managers to support resourcing, utilization and risk management.

Coordinating team conference calls, documents, completes and distributes meeting minutes from internal/client meetings.

Assisting with additional tasks as needed.

Bachelor’s degree OR certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution (i.e. RN, MT, PA, RPh, RT).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Proven ability in achieving applicable technical competencies per the CDM competency grid.

Ability to effectively apply knowledge and skills in a highly organized fashion while adhering to regulatory guidelines, global SOPs and client expectations.

Strong attention to detail and skill with numbers.

Ability to use interactive computer programs.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Proven flexibility and adaptability.

Ability to work in a team environment and independently as needed.

Must demonstrate good judgment in making decisions.

Must be able to set and meet timelines or be able to negotiate schedule changes in response to project demands.

Strong command of English language and grammar.

Knowledge of medical/clinical terminology
