Business System Analyst 2

"Overall Experience: - 4-7 years
•    Business Process Analysis/Re-engineering/Mapping, Business Requirements Analysis experience
•    Good to have understanding of technology landscape
•    Strong communication/influencing/negotiation /presentation/facilitation skills at all levels of the Business and IT hierarchy
•    Ability to work with teams across organizational boundaries, different cultures and different time zones in a virtual environment
•    Stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
•    Driving delivery excellence through influence, team working and methodologies
•    Must have strong analytical aptitude and be able to analyze complex problems/requirements and be able to define functionally advanced IT solutions
•    Understanding of application architectural structure and its alignment to business processes 
•    Understanding of application landscape and it’s relation and fit to other connected application/infrastructure portfolios
•    Ability to champion continuous improvement changes and addresses any issues that might prevent those changes from being successful
•    Quick learner

Good to have 
•    Preferable from pharma life science background
•    Good knowledge of pharma lifecycle. i.e. Clinical trials, Patents, Sales analytics etc.

Technical: 
VBA/MySQL, Jira, Confluence, MS Power Point, Excel, MS Project

Soft Skills:
•    Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, good team player

Expected:
•    Maintain in-depth knowledge of the business, processes, applications, information and data
•    Drive continuous improvement opportunities to improve business KPIs and add value
•    Interface with IT Development, business and editors/content developers to implement changes into production
•    Support change management, run and maintain activities as a Functional and Business process expert and maintain tickets.
•    Engage with Business Interface, business stakeholders and relevant development teams to discuss requests and analyze business requirements
•    Work on assigned projects to bring valuable business domain, technical and application knowledge
•    IT business analysis work on project and operational items. This would include Business Analysis, Business Requirements Definition, Business Solution Design, Functional Specification & Acceptance Criteria, and Acceptance Test Plan & Management.

Experience

Education Requirements :
•    MCA/ 
•    BE / BTECH
•    MCA/MBA or BE /MBA  or MBA with some technical educations "
