We are currently looking for a Analytics & Strategy Lead who is a strategic thinker and problem solver at heart. Superior communication skills and teamwork are key to success in this role as you will interact with broad cross-functional internal teams and external Pharma/Biotech/CRO clients to ensure that analytical results deliver to business objectives.

Key roles and responsibilities of the Analytics & Strategy Lead are as follows

Key Responsibilities: Works to ensure all proposal deliverables meet the customer’s time/quality/cost expectations.

Candidate characteristics: Hard worker who loves strategic thinking with data and is passionate to solve complex business problems Ability to successfully perform under pressure while prioritizing and handling multiple projects or activities. Self-motivated and independent (needs minimal supervision after training period) Needs to be able to chase and connect with appropriate functional teams in order to understand and solve identified problems Naturally driven to a solution or set of recommendations Superior communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to be succinct Comfortable with communication with different functional groups (medics, feasibility, patient strategy, analytics, portfolio directors, executive leadership) Comfortable creating presentation for executive leadership with key takeaways and recommendations Ability to work in environment where rules are not well-defined – that is, entrepreneurial attitude is must Ability to adapt to changes in the business Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment (depending on mentality, this may be considered stressful) Ability to learn the business quickly
