IQVIA is looking for high performing Inside sales representatives with a track record of success to join our team! 

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) engages health care professionals (HCPs) virtually, to promote assigned client products by developing and maintaining relationships with HCPs and office staff, educating them about product features, benefits, safety profile, and approved indications to ensure appropriate patient use. The ISR must use approved tools and resources for product promotion that will be delivered through a 100% virtual platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote client products (diabetes market) with customers, including HCPs and other key office personnel, using effective selling skills, active listening, proper terminology, approved product messaging, and approved promotional materials
  • Conduct support calls to ensure office is stocked with approved resources such as patient brochures and educational materials
  • Develop and update business plans to identify opportunities and achieve goals
  • Plan and manage daily KPIs such as sales/support call activity to defined expectations
  • Document all call information in company CRM system
  • Participate in team meetings and live trainings/meetings (when required)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required
  • Preferred Experience:
    • B2B virtual/inside sales experience
    • Pharmaceutical/medical sales
    • Selling to endocrinologists, internal medicine, allied health professions and pharmacies
  • Ability to:
    • Successfully complete client training and meet training expectations
    • Work a schedule that accommodates potentially different time zones
    • Travel to work related meetings and functions as needed (including overnight and/or weekend)
  • Proficient technical aptitude with computer technology and devices (e.g. Microsoft Office, CRM experience, iPad, apps, etc.)
  • Must have a dedicated home office, free from noise and other disturbances
  • Location: Can live anywhere in the United States; residing in the covered territory is preferred

  • Results-oriented with a track record of success and an ability to drive sales in a matrix environment
  • Self-motivated, disciplined self-starter with an ability to work independently
  • Expertise in identifying opportunities and growing sales in assigned territory
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and work effectively on various assignments
  • Good organizational and planning skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills including; verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Clear, articulate, and grammatically sound speech
  • Excellent rapport building skills
  • Strong learning agility with an ability to learn, understand and communicate complex technical/medical terminology and to maintain the required technical expertise including competitive product knowledge
