In order to realize our vision, we are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to strengthen our Delivery Hub team. The team supports the development of Data Warehousing or reporting systems in a very international environment for large and medium pharmaceutical headquarters in different geographies collaborating with an international team.
Responsibilities
The Analyst is responsible for managing design, development and delivery of medium-sized BI solutions by:
- Defining end-user reporting, analytics and dashboard frameworks from requirement definition through to end user deployment
- Designing and implementing enterprise data and reporting architectures
- Designing and implementing data integration and data conversion solutions
- Planning, coordinating and reporting of Testing Activities
- Liaising with clients to gather business requirements, implementing them within the tool
- Running the ongoing operations of existing solutions
Essential qualifications and experience
- MSc degree with strong record of academic achievement, preferably in Information Technology, Computer-Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering
- 1-2 year consulting experience with a Systems Integration and Application Management Consultancy
Essential general technical skills and knowledge
- Good knowledge of most common databases, SQL and MDX querying languages and of most common BI Suites and ETL platforms
- Good knowledge of reporting tools (such as Tableau, QlikView or PowerBI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Italian and English
Essential personal skills and behaviours
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- An attitude to working collaboratively and effectively with others in and across the team to accomplish goals
- Ability to be multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- A willingness and ability to travel
