개요: 이것은 무작위, 다기관 연구입니다. 환자는 연령(60세 미만 vs 60세 이상) 및 유도 요법 이후의 시간(90일 이하 vs 91-180일 vs 181-240일)에 따라 계층화됩니다. 환자는 3개의 치료군 중 1개로 무작위 배정됩니다.

  - 악성 흉막 삼출에 기반한 T4 또는 반대측 폐문 또는 반대측 쇄골 상부 침범에 기반한 N3 질환 없음
유도 화학 요법 후 완전 반응(흉부 방사선 요법 유무에 관계없이)
