기본 목표:

II. 재발성 백금 민감성 상피성 난소암, 복막 원발성 또는 나팔관암 환자에서 2차 및 치료 유지 단계에 베바시주맙 추가가 2차 파클리탁셀 및 카보플라틴 단독 요법에 비해 전체 생존 기간을 증가시키는지 확인합니다.

2차 목표:

I. 재발성 백금 민감성 상피성 난소암, 복막 원발성 또는 난관암 환자에서 베바시주맙을 2차 및 치료 유지 단계에 추가하는 것이 2차 파클리탁셀 및 카보플라틴 단독 요법에 비해 무진행 생존 기간을 증가시키는지 확인하기 위해 관암.

II. 베바시주맙의 유무에 관계없이 카보플라틴 및 파클리탁셀에 대한 민감성 또는 내성을 예측하는 분자 결정 요인을 확인하고 베바시주맙 유지 요법을 사용하거나 사용하지 않습니다.

III. 연구를 위해 전혈에서 데옥시리보핵산(DNA)을 보관하고 단일 뉴클레오티드 다형성(SNP)과 전체 생존, 무진행 생존 및 부작용을 포함한 임상 결과 측정 사이의 연관성을 평가합니다.

  • 2011년 8월 28일 이후에 등록한 환자는 종양 축소 수술 대상자여야 하며 수술 치료를 무작위로 결정하는 데 동의해야 합니다.
  • 환자는 현재 재발하고 있는 상피성 난소 암종, 복막 원발성 또는 나팔관 암종의 조직학적 진단을 받아야 합니다.
  • 다음과 같은 조직학적 상피 세포 유형을 가진 환자가 적합합니다: 장액성 선암종, 자궁내막양 선암종, 점액성 선암종, 미분화 암종, 투명 세포 선암종, 혼합 상피 암종, 이행 세포 암종, 악성 브레너 종양 또는 달리 명시되지 않은 선암종(N.O.S.)

  • 이 기준은 2011년 8월 29일 이전에 등록된 환자와 베바시주맙을 받기로 선택한 이 날짜 이후에 등록된 환자에게만 적용됩니다. 환자는 소변 단백질 대 크레아티닌 비율(UPCR) < 1.0 mg/dL이어야 합니다.

  • 환자는 부인과 종양학 그룹(GOG) 수행 상태가 0, 1 또는 2여야 합니다.

제외 기준:

  • 이전에 한 가지 이상의 화학 요법 요법을 받은 환자(유지 관리는 두 번째 요법으로 간주되지 않음)
  • 동시 면역 요법 또는 방사선 요법을 받는 환자

  • 이 기준은 2011년 8월 29일 이전에 등록된 환자와 베바시주맙을 받기로 선택한 이 날짜 이후에 등록된 환자에게만 적용됩니다. 본 연구에서 첫 번째 치료 날짜 이전 28일 이내에 대수술, 개방 생검, 발치 또는 기타 치과 수술/시술을 받았거나 개방 상처 또는 심각한 외상 손상을 초래한 환자 또는 치료가 필요할 것으로 예상되는 환자 연구 과정 동안 주요 수술 절차; 이 연구에서 첫 번째 치료 날짜 이전 7일 이내에 혈관 접근 장치 또는 코어 생검을 배치한 환자
  • 치료 전 2차 세포감소술을 받는 환자는 주기 #2에서 베바시주맙으로 치료를 받게 됩니다.
  • 세포 축소 이외의 목적으로 치료 전 수술을 받는 환자도 자격을 충족하는 경우 참여할 수 있습니다. 베바시주맙을 포함하는 군에 무작위 배정된 환자는 프로토콜 치료를 시작하기 위해 해당 절차 이후 최소 28일을 기다려야 합니다. 복잡하지 않은 포트 배치를 받는 환자는 프로토콜 치료를 시작하기 위해 최소 7일을 기다려야 합니다.
