설명
질병 특성:
- 환자는 조직학적으로 확인된 원발성 침습성 호르몬 민감성(에스트로겐 수용체 양성[ER]/프로게스테론 수용체[PR] 양성) 유방 선암종(1기, 2기 또는 3기) 진단을 받은 여성이어야 합니다. 재발성 또는 전이성 질환(M0)
- 환자는 문자 메시지를 수신할 수 있는 휴대폰이 있어야 하며 현재 문자 메시지를 사용 중이거나 사용 방법을 배울 의향이 있어야 합니다.
환자 특성:
환자는 다음 중 적어도 하나에 의해 정의된 폐경 후여야 합니다.
- ≥ 마지막 월경 이후 12개월
- 사전 양측 난소 절제술
- 하나 또는 두 개의 난소가 제자리에 남아 있는 이전 자궁 적출술(또는 양측 난소 절제술의 기록이 없는 이전 자궁 적출술) 및 폐경 후 상태에 대한 제도적 정상 값과 일치하는 여포 자극 호르몬(FSH) 값; FSH 수치는 등록 전 28일 이내에 획득해야 합니다.
- 환자는 무작위 배정 후 28일 이내에 그리고 3년 동안 매 3개월 클리닉 방문 시 아로마타제 억제제의 존재를 테스트하기 위해 소변 검체를 기꺼이 제공해야 합니다.
- 환자는 영어로 말하고 읽을 수 있어야 합니다.
- 환자는 Zubrod 수행 상태가 0 - 2여야 합니다.
- 적절하게 치료된 기저 세포 또는 편평 세포 피부암, 제자리 자궁경부암 또는 환자가 > 5년 동안 질병이 없는 다른 암을 제외하고 다른 이전 악성 종양(즉, 질병 특성에 명시된 것 이외)은 허용되지 않습니다.
- 환자는 아로마타제 억제제 요법의 일일 섭취를 방해하지 않는 한 다른 임상 시험에 참여하는 것이 허용됩니다.
이전 동시 치료:
환자는 보조 화학 요법(활용되는 경우) 및 1차 치료 수술 후여야 하며 수술의 모든 부작용에서 회복되어야 합니다.
- 세포독성 화학요법 후 단독 투여하는 트라스투주맙(허셉틴)은 보조 화학요법으로 간주됩니다. 환자는 다른 적격성 기준이 충족되는 한 허셉틴 완료 시 적격합니다.
- 환자는 현재 아로마타제 억제제(AI)를 복용 중이고 최소 1개월의 AI 요법을 완료했으며 계획된 AI 요법의 첫 5년 이내이고 계획된 AI 요법 완료까지 최소 3년이 남아 있어야 합니다.
제외 기준: 폐경기 상태의 불충분한 증거; 전이성 또는 재발성 질환; 현재 화학 요법을 받고 있습니다.

환자는 기준선에서 그리고 환자가 새 휴대 전화를 받을 때마다 확인 평가를 포함하여 문자 메시지를 수신하고 메시지를 검색하고 읽는 방법에 대한 휴대 전화 기능 확인과 관련된 문자 메시지 교육 체크리스트를 받습니다.
그러면 환자는 최대 3년 동안 일주일에 두 번 오전 8시(각 시간대)에 문자 메시지를 받습니다.
