기본 목표:

I. TMZ(테모졸로마이드)와 조합된 ABT-888(벨리파립)의 실험 조합이 TMZ와 조합된 위약의 대조군과 비교하여 종양 MGMT 프로모터 과메틸화를 갖는 새로 진단된 다형교모세포종(GBM) 환자에서 전체 생존을 유의하게 연장하는지 테스트합니다.

2차 목표:

I. 실험적 치료가 무진행 생존 기간을 유의하게 연장하는지 테스트합니다.

II. 실험적 치료가 객관적인 종양 반응을 개선하는지 테스트합니다. III. 실험적 치료가 3등급 이상의 부작용 발생률이 훨씬 더 높은지 여부를 테스트합니다.

상관 과학 목표:
